    Full day labour and birth workshop. Ideal for parents to be, who may have had a previous difficult hospital birth, previous elective c section and wanting normal birth or home birth this time.

    Also ideal for parents who are unable to attend a 4 week course or weekday classes.

    Everyone is welcome.

    Baby care is not covered in this workshop. (separate course available in December).

    Immediate care for you & baby after your birth,

    Plus, any questions you may have to help prepare your birth plans or preferences.
